By re-engineering our down construction, we’ve seriously elevated product performance to step beyond the limitations of traditional down layers.

For AW25, every piece in our down collection features ExpeDRY™ technology, delivering superior loft, faster drying, and reliable warmth in damp or wet conditions.

ExpeDRY™ Technology

Maximum warmth, minimal drying time. Our reengineered down collection uses ALLIED’s chemical-free ExpeDRY technology to keep down dry in extreme conditions. Non-toxic gold particles are permanently bonded to the down to aid water evaporation when humidity is high.

BAFFLE CONSTRUCTION

Our Kamen XT showcases OFFSET boxwall construction, which uses simple but effective design to ensure that the down is actively guided as close to the body as possible. This achieves maximum thermal efficiency without additional materials and weight.

Then, NIP & TUCK (NAT) construction is used in our Kamen Hoodie to loft down towards the body, maximising the thermal performance of the warm-air layer retained by the down.

Stitch-through construction is utilised on the Anti-Freeze Lite for lightweight packability because the down can be compressed under load without impacting performance.

Synthetic Mapping

Synthetic panels of PrimaLoft® Gold Active Vent insulation under the arms in the Anti Freeze Hoodie and in the collar and shoulders of the Kamen and Kamen XT Hoodie helps to manage moisture build up and provide durable insulation in high compression areas.
