This service is operating to repair MONTANE GARMENTS ONLY and is currently only available within the UK. We are unable to offer this service to customers outside of the UK.
Please note we are only able to process repairs in a clean and washed condition. If your item is accepted for repair, please ensure the item is washed before returning it to us.
Start your repair
Before your proceed with a repair we ask you to inspect your product. In most instances we can repair products but occasionally products are beyond repair. We currently repair Waterproof Jackets, Down Jackets, Synthetic Insulation, Softshell Jackets and Trousers. The list of repairs and prices are outlined. You can pay for a straight forward repair upfront by simply selecting the repair and proceeding to checkout. If the repair is more complicated or you would like to submit images for further cost clarification please build a repair quote instead. We are unable to repair pack fabrics, however we are able to replace some buckles and cord locks, please use the repair quote form to enquire about these.
