The Montane SoftFlask™ Short Straw by Hydrapak® is an extension straw that can be attached to any Montane UltraFlask™ or Montane SoftFlask™ so the bite valve is closer to your mouth, ideal for when Flasks are positioned in the upper harness pockets on Montane Gecko vest packs. This eliminates the need to remove the Montane SoftFlask™ from its pocket for faster hydration whilst on the move.

    Should be supplied with Gecko VP12 etc

    I bought two of these for my Gecko VP12+. They work great and make the water bottles usable on the move, however £20 for two 4" tubes is way over the top. If supplied with the vests the extra cost would be minimal, but that's marketing for you.

    Tube length was about right, long tubes would have been too much.
