A great day sack with plenty of room for a full hill day, very inovative carrying system with the new wide shoulder straps which take a bit of getting used to but work really well.
A couple of small gripes, the top pocket on the lid is made from the same lightweight mesh as the side pockets, anything in there needs to be put in a small dry bag as it gets soaking wet in a matter of seconds if it rains and you dont have the sack in a raincover.
My other issue is with the supplied pole carrier bungees, great if you have the latest carbon fibre Z style poles no good if you have the standard type pole as the elastic cords make it very difficult to fix poles easily. I fixed the problem by adding some old cord grips from an alpine sack which have a groove in them to accommodate the elastic, now much more user friendly, various pole holder systems are available on the web.
All in all a very comfortable sack with just the right amount of room for a good hill day.
I'm a volunteer warden on Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) so will be giving it some rigorous testing over the coming months, I'll do another review later on in the year to see how it performs.
